Indonesian student education

    Unacceptable behavior.

Several students beat their friends until they fell and were helpless. The victim was alone in a condition and situation where none of the friends he knew could prevent him from experiencing the violence he received.

The question is, why are students so happy about this situation and involved in this action? or do they not know what violence in any form is? or are they afraid of the dominant actor in their group?

This is a serious accident and is important homework for all parties to return to school and remind them of the dangers of violence.

  • One time, I received an invitation to take part in a sharing session at a vocational school.
The topic of the sharing session was about preventing violence and intolerance in schools in Jakarta.

Violence and intolerance are often experienced or heard by students at school, outside school, or in their environment from sources. After going through many sessions or discussions. I wonder why this sharing session did not get serious feedback or enthusiasm from the students.

If we hear and watch the news, this issue has become a sin in the education system in Indonesia. It could be that the students involved in the sharing session actually do not know about the problem or issue, or they do have experience in this case.

In this way, the discussion atmosphere does not reach higher issues and how students should respond if they become victims or are involved.
Therefore, I suggest that we need to invite students who have the enthusiasm to fight this behavior.

What for? To prevent violence and intolerance at school, both outside groups and within groups, not only students have this knowledge, but also the enthusiasm to become a group or community that fights violent behavior and intolerance.

  • Merdeka Study

How can we learn Merdeka (independence) if students in Indonesia have no choice? Schools have an education system where every student just accepts the system and lives it every day without asking what students actually need to improve their abilities and knowledge.

Every day we know everything has changed. The question is, are we beliefs and confidently that this system can be relied on in the future?
    In Indonesia.

After graduating, we can see how wide the gap resulting from student graduation is between the needs of the job market, the growth of entrepreneurship and the unemployment rate.
